Instructional Programs:
Football Tech University
Football Tech University is our instructional arm, built to run alongside our non-contact flag football growth. It gives coaches, families, and staff one consistent source of accurate, current information on every student athlete we serve, from first grade all the way through the highest levels of our programming.
Universal Impact: Strengthening the Entire Grassroots Network
This is the heart of L2L. While we have specific areas of concentration, our vision reaches every student athlete, every family, and every community within the vast, interconnected grassroots football network.
It works like one giant chain of links. Strengthen one link, and you lift the whole chain. We believe that great information and real connection create hundreds of ambassadors for positive change.
Just imagine hundreds of student athletes and thousands of families across the country, Mexico, and Canada, all carrying the same invaluable knowledge back into their own communities. Who We Serve
Legends2Legacy exists for the student athlete who is often overlooked. The one from an underserved community. The one with a learning difference that a traditional program was not built to support. The one who has the talent and the heart, but not always the access.
Our mission reaches both boys and girls. Non-contact flag football is open to student athletes ages 7 through 18. Our All American showcase camps and events are built for student athletes ages 7 through 14, grades first through eighth.
We serve coaches who want more tools to reach every kid on their roster. We serve parents who want a true partner, not just a program.
Wherever a young athlete is chasing a dream, on a field in a big city or a small town, in the United States, Mexico, or Canada, that is who we serve.

The Story of UpStart Sports Marketing Science LLC
Every foundation needs an engine room. For Legend2Legacy, that engine room is UpStart Sports Marketing Science LLC.
UpStart is where our mission becomes motion. As the operations arm of Legend2Legacy Foundation Inc., it is the structure that carries our vision from a promise into a daily practice for families across the country.
Underneath UpStart, our National General Managers set the pace nationally, our Regional Directors carry that vision into their own communities, and our National Team Mom Directors keep every family connected and supported along the way. Our Scouts Department keeps its eyes on the field, identifying talent and character wherever they show up. And our volunteers, the true heartbeat of this work, show up early and stay late because they believe in what we are building together.
UpStart also houses every event Legend2Legacy runs, live and virtual alike. From national gatherings to online town halls, this is the team that turns an idea into an experience families remember for years.
This is how Legend2Legacy grows without ever losing its heart. Every role, every region, every event ties back to one mission: building community, one athlete and one family at a time.
